They have classes that run throughout the day each day that you can book online. Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to work the entire body. It lasts for 90 minutes.
Jiva Yoga, located on William Hilton Parkway, is a center for yoga and the healing arts. Classes are offered daily, and they have several to choose from. Wake Up to Wellness: Outdoor Yoga on the Marina
On Harbourside Lane at the Shelter Cove Harbor and Marina you’ll find Wake Up to Wellness. It is offered every Saturday morning at 7:30 am and lasts one hour. There is online booking available, but drop-ins are welcome if you decide to go last minute. The yoga practice is for everyone, all ages, and levels. There is a draft kombucha tasting that follows the class.
